Please read the following instructions carefully prior to applying.

  2. Please gather ALL pertinent information/attachments prior to starting (previous dates of hire, contact information of previous employers, email addresses for references, cover letter, letter(s) of reference, resume, etc.)
    A) If you start an application and are inactive for an hour, the application will reset due to inactivity.
  3. **IMPORTANT** Once you apply for a specific position, you cannot make any changes to that application. Changes may be made to your application/profile going forward but will not affect any position that you have applied to in the past.

  4. If a job vacancy exists for which you are qualified, please apply for that specific position. Each position you are interested in must be applied for separately.
  5. A valid email address is required to create an application. Free email accounts are available through websites such as www.gmail.com and www.yahoo.com. Please note administrators and managers may choose to schedule interviews electronically, therefore we encourage you to check your email often.
  6. When submitting letters of recommendation, they must be uploaded as a one, multi-page PDF document in the Attachments section or as an individual attachment under each Reference.
  7. Upon hire, HR will send you an email containing the links to two different background screening systems. One link will be for the Wyoming Department of Family Services Central Registry and the other for the Background Information Systems Questionnaire.
